Foundation QA assists both contractors and owners in developing integrated and defensible construction processes.

This starts with development of Work Methods which respond to the requirements of the design and specification.  Work Method Statements must be practical and accessible documents which can be used by site staff.  Flow charts are a useful approach which Foundation QA have implemented.

It is followed by a quality assurance system which is tailored to and integral with the Work Method Statement.

The final step is to develop acceptance or verification strategies which provide both the contractor and the Owner with confidence in the completed foundation.
